1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information:

  • Account Information: Google account display name, email address, and profile picture
  • Training Data: Exercises, weight, reps, sets, and other data entered by the user
  • Settings: Target weight, training phase, custom rules, etc.
  • Usage Data: AI analysis usage count, chat message count, etc.
  • Chat Usage: AI coach chat timestamps (message content is not stored on the server)
  • Payment Information: Payment information through Stripe (card details are managed by Stripe and not stored by us)

2. Purpose of Use

  • Service provision and improvement
  • AI-powered training analysis and advice generation
  • Subscription management and payment processing
  • User support
  • Service usage analysis
  • Statistical analysis for service improvement based on anonymized data (individuals cannot be identified)

3. Third-Party Disclosure

We do not share your personal information with third parties except in the following cases:

  • When necessary for service provision: External services such as Firebase (authentication, database, analytics), Google Gemini (AI analysis), and Stripe (payment processing)
  • When required by law: When disclosure is necessary in response to legal requests
  • When the user has given consent

4. Data Storage

User data is stored on Google Cloud (Firebase Firestore). While we take appropriate security measures to protect data, we cannot guarantee complete security over the internet.

AI coach chat timestamps are recorded on the server, but chat content is not stored on the server. Chat content is stored only on the user's device (browser).

For service improvement, we may use anonymized training data, AI analysis results, and chat content for statistical analysis. Anonymized data cannot identify individuals. Anonymized statistical data may continue to be retained after account deletion.

5. Use of Cookies

This service uses Firebase Authentication session management to maintain authentication state.

We also use Firebase Analytics (Google Analytics 4) to understand and improve service usage. This stores analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*, etc.) in your browser. Collected data is anonymized and does not identify individuals.

We do not use advertising tracking cookies.

6. User Rights

  • Right to request account deletion
  • Right to request disclosure of stored personal data
  • Right to request correction or updating of data
